Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investments is proud to offer two career platforms from which to choose.
The first business model, described under the Employee Model tab, is for
individuals who wish to join one of our corporate-owned offices. PKS offers its employees a full-range
of benefits and the most competitive compensation package in the business.
The second business model, described under the Independent Rep Model tab,
is specifically designed to accommodate those individuals or group practices that wish total independence. Combining our
innovative technology with that supplied by our clearing firm, National Financial Services, LLC., allows us to excel in the
four essential elements of securities brokerage: trading, operations, compliance and technology.
For those individuals or groups that sponsor an RIA, this model enjoys a particularly strong competitive advantage
in that PKS does not seek to participate in the revenue stream from the RIA.

The payout structure is a central component of our philosophy.
Our liberal payout ranges from forty to sixty-five percent.
Each PKS Investment Executive possesses a proven record of success.
This means two things: a keen understanding of investments and the ability to
apply this knowledge to the marketplace. Purshe Kaplan Sterling believes you
should be rewarded accordingly.
All Support Services Under One Roof
Purshe Kaplan Sterling brings all support services under one roof to
help you maximize your performance. Access to consultations for third party
benefits administration, investments, insurance and estate planning are as
close as a few steps or as far as any outside resource of your choice.

Unit Investment Trusts (UITs); limited partnerships; REITs; CMOs; fixed and variable annuities;
life insurance; estate planning; IRAs; Keoghs; SEPs; simple IRAs; 401(k)s (using our administration or
administration of your choice); profit sharing plans; and money purchase plans.
