The first business model, described below under EMPLOYEE MODEL, is for individuals who wish to join one of our corporate-owned offices. PKS offers its employees a full-range of benefits and the most competitive compensation package in the business.

The second business model, described below as INDEPENDENT REP MODEL, is specifically designed to accommodate those individual or group practices that wish total independence. Combining our innovative technology with that supplied by our clearing firm, National Financial Services, LLC., allows us to excel in the four essential elements of securities brokerage: trading, operations, compliance and technology.

For those individuals or groups that sponsor an RIA, this model enjoys a particularly strong competitive advantage in that PKS does not seek to participate in the revenue stream from your RIA.
