PKS is a FINRA registered broker/dealer with access to every major Investment Company and hundreds of Variable Annuity products and access to some of the top professional money managers in the country.

PKS is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), National Futures Association (NFA) and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB).

PKS offers its clients Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) coverage on investor securities held by National Financial Services LLC and cash on deposit for the purpose of purchasing securities or as a result of the sale of securities. The maximum SIPC coverage is $500,000 for covered accounts. Cash balances awaiting reinvestment are protected up to $100,000, which is included in the $500,000 coverage. Excess SIPC coverage is provided to investors based on Total Net Account Equity. Accounts will be covered for any amount remaining after all other available repayment sources have been used: SIPC and any other insurance that may be available.

Through National Financial and Fidelity Capital Markets, PKS provides access to an extensive array of products and services; including equities, fixed income products, mutual fund solutions, fee-based solutions, retirement products and programs, managed futures and wealth management programs.
