The payout structure is a central component of our philosophy. Our liberal payout ranges from forty to sixty-five percent. Each PKS Investment Executive possesses a proven record of success. This means two things: a keen understanding of investments and the ability to apply this knowledge to the marketplace. Purshe Kaplan Sterling believes you should be rewarded accordingly.	Purshe Kaplan Sterling brings all support services under one roof to help you maximize your performance. Access to consultations for third party benefits administration, investments, insurance and estate planning are as close as a few steps or as far as any outside resource of your choice.

Each PKS assistant typically works with two or three Investment Executives.
