Peter Kvam returned to PKS and was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer in September 2021. He originally joined PKS in 2008 and was Assistant Director of Compliance when he left in 2011. For the next 10 years he was the Manager of Compliance for a Dually Registered Firm specializing in Retirement Plan administration and design for Healthcare organizations in New York State. As CCO, Peter is in charge of the Firm’s compliance program. Peter has over 20 years of industry experience and holds the FINRA Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP) Designation. In addition to the CRCP he maintains the Series 7, 24, 53, 63 and NYS Life Accident & Health Insurance license.
